Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 lemons, sliced
- Handful fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a saucepan on medium heat, dissolve ¾ cup sugar in 1 cup of water. Make sure the sugar has completely dissolved before removing from heat.
- Squeeze or juice enough lemons (approx 6) to make 1 cup of lemon juice.
- Pour into a large jug with the sugar water and 4 cups of cold water. Stir well and garnish with the sliced lemon, fresh mint leaves and ice cubes.
